ABSTRACT: What’s New in J2EE 1.4?  (Web Services and more)

The new J2EE spec is almost out… which means that the time has come for all good developers to begin playing around with the latest features. Fortunately, integrated web services, schedulers, ‘codeless’ tag libraries and the new JSP expression language promise faster, more flexible development. In this session, we’ll take a look at important changes to EJBs, Servlets and JSPs, go over timelines for server support and discuss strategies for both new development and the migration of existing J2EE applications.
